HALLO!!! 
IS EVERY ONE IN THE GOOD CONDITION???

THE EFFECT OF WATCHING LAPTOP TOO LONG 
JUST NOW, I WHEN TO GOOGLE 
TO SEARCH IMAGE 
SUDDENLY I SAW AN IMAGE OF A PERSON'S HAND
EEEUUUWWW... 
IT'S SCARED ME.. SERIOUSLY 
BECAUSE IT'S ABOUT THE SIDE EFFECT IF U WATCH LAPPY TOO LONG
 
OUR EYE ALSO BECOME DRY 
EASILY TO GET SHORT - SIGHT / LONG - SIGHT  (RABON)

VERY SCARY RIGHT 
Gejala :
  • Rasa kebas, dan parasthesia (seakan-akan terbakar dan bergetar) di ibu jari, telunjuk, dan jari tengah, atau pada beberapa pasien terjadi di telapak tangan.
  • Susah menggenggam dan mengepalkan tangan.
  • Sering menjatuhkan barang
Anda perlulah mula mengambil langkah berjaga-jaga mulai sekarang. Dibawah telah dipaparkan teknik-tekniknya.
  • Berehat secara teratur setiap 15-20 minit dengan menggerakkan pergelangan tangan.
  • Jangan menempatkan keyboard pada posisi lebih tinggi atau lebih rendah daripada siku tangan.
  • Duduklah dengan tegak.
